Avia API overview

Programmatic access to all your Avia data for BI tools, reports, and custom workflows.

Avia provides a REST API exposing all your Avia data for programmatic access. The API is the same for every merchant type, and can be used to connect Avia data with internal dashboards, reporting tools, BI platforms, or custom workflows.

What the API is used for

Common use cases:

  • Building internal reports

  • Connecting Avia data to BI tools

  • Creating custom dashboards

  • Combining Avia data with other business systems, including your POS data

  • Pulling Avia data into your data warehouse

  • Automating store performance reporting

API keys & authentication

API key creation is self-serve, directly from the settings page of your dashboard. You can generate more than one key.

The full API documentation is linked from the same settings page, and available at docs.avia-app.cloud. It covers available endpoints, request formats, authentication, and response examples β€” so you can take whatever data you need.

Warning: Do not share API credentials publicly or with anyone outside your organization.

Pulling Avia data into your BI or warehouse

All Avia data is available through the same REST API, so you can pull it into your own data warehouse or BI stack. This is especially useful if you run Shopify e-commerce with a different in-store POS β€” pull Avia traffic data via the API and join it with your POS sales data, keyed on store and date/time.

See the API documentation for available endpoints and formats. Depending on your plan, our team can set this up with you β€” contact avia.support@retailogists.com.
